Thank you for shopping at Wuud Vintage. As we specialize in vintage luxury handbags and accessories, please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

EU — 14-Day Returns Customers located in the European Union may return their order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, to the extent required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Other International Orders — Final Sale For customers outside the EU, all orders are considered Final Sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, personal preference, size expectations, or any reason unrelated to product quality or condition.As all items are pre-owned vintage pieces, we encourage customers to review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights consumers may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at wuudvintage@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Wuud Vintage is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Significantly Misrepresented Items If you receive an incorrect item, an item damaged in transit, or an item that significantly differs from its description on our website, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order at wuudvintage@gmail.com.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.
